The Loggerhead is animal-free - no animals permitted.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is refundable IF the cottage is re-rented for the same time period. Once we are contacted, we will make every effort to rent the cottage for the same time period. We encourage trip insurance. We use Allianz for our vacations.
One half rental is due at time of reservation. Second half is due one month prior to arrival date.
Deposit is returned within 2 weeks of departure.
We didn't raise rates in 2025. We are faced with tax increase and property re-evaluation so we had to increase for 2026 but attempted to get it to a minimum.
Our prices are more reasonable than most ocean-front places.
